Dorota is a lawyer by education and an entrepreneur by heart, driven by a passion for combining law with new technologies to create innovative products that complies with applicable regulations. She is the founder and CEO of 3DOTS group, a law firm and regulatory compliance advisory for Web3 technologies, which has worked with 100+ projects around the world. Additionally, as the CEO of D3TRUST, she pioneers decentralized finance solutions, driving forward the evolution of digital financial ecosystems.

With over 11 years of experience providing complex assistance to technological companies, Dorota specializes in legal, tax and regulatory aspects of DeFi and Web3. She advises on international legal structures, crypto and financial licencing of regulated activities.

She serves as a legal advisor for various web3 projects. Dorota is also a Ph.D. candidate and academic lecturer. Selected “Top Women of Web3 in 2023, CEE” and listed in a report of web3 professionals published in 2024 by Cyferium (Law & Tax Advisory).
