Vladislav’s day-to-day work involves the areas of EU law and the financial regulations connected to digital assets and traditional finance, including the legal classification of tokenisation projects, business models backed by NFTs, fundraising for Web3.0 projects, DAO, investment funds regulations and more.
His expertise goes beyond regulatory compliance and he advises clients on disputes and matters of corporate governance, ensuring their compliant operations.
He holds a masters’ diploma from the University of Tartu, where his master’s thesis was dedicated to Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO). He is a member of the Estonian Bar.
He is well-versed in the requirements arising from the regulations of FinTech companies and financial markets, including crypto-assets and crowdfunding licenses, as well as the preparation of KYC and AML documentation and the tokenization of securities.
