Mr. Paszkiewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Economic Sciences, postgraduate studies “Commercial Bank Management”, Center for American Law Studies at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and Fintech Innovation: Disrupting the Financial Landscape at the University of Cambridge . He started his professional career as a lawyer in Weil, Gotshal and Manges. In 2001, he won the Vontobel Prize and was a scholarship holder of Vontobel Bank AG in Zurich.

For 10 years he worked as the President of the Management Board of one of the brokerage houses based in Warsaw, where he also served as a Member of the Investment Committee, Member of the Risk Committee, from 2008-2010 a Compliance Representative and Director of the Sales Department, where he managed 35 sales employees in Warsaw and Prague (The czech republic).

In the years 2014-2016, he was Regional Director in the CFH Group (CFH Clearing, CFH Systems) currently Finalto, where he was responsible for Poland and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Paszkiewicz also has extensive consulting experience. cooperated on various projects with companies such as: Vontobel Bank, Swissquote Bank, and Velocity Trade. He participated as an advisor in the M&A transaction of IFM Trade – an Australian licensed brokerage house.
