Nick Spanos, Bitcoin Pioneer. He founded the Bitcoin Center, first live cryptocurrency exchange, NYC in 2013, 100 feet from the New York Stock Exchange, on the street level. Spanos also established Blockchain Center in Miami and NYC and is prominently featured in the Netflix documentary “Banking on Bitcoin.”
He built a computer at 13 with a soldering iron and later served as General Manager for the iconic Webster Hall. Built and operated GetaRoom.com ApartmentsExpress.com, LiveryCab.com, And as a politically active entrepreneur, Spanos has been senior advisor for 5 presidential campaigns and has advocated for crypto-friendly policies around the world.
He has been interviewed on many channels including CNBC he has been featured 12 times over a few months in Forbes Magazine and spoken at global events like the World Government Summit.
Spanos has also explored the use of blockchain technology with Saudi Arabia, and many more. At one point Nick was the inventor of 30% of all blockchain US Patents. His endeavors aim to modernize various sectors, from politics to oil, using blockchain technology.
