Lena Hierzi
Core Team at H.E.R. DAO
Lena is a frontend engineer coming from the interdisciplinary field of Digital Humanities. Her goal is to diversify tech intersectional. She works with H.E.R. DAO as the hackathon lead to empower women to take part in building the foundation of blockchain technology. She believes this is an important step to prevent discrimination through technology e.g. coded bias in Web2. Another important step to making web3 more inclusive is to bring an awareness for wellbeing. To achieve this goal Lena is working on Proof of Meditation, a dApp to incentivise people to meditate more.
