Doctor of economic sciences, an expert in public policy, public finance, state aid and strategic management, assistant professor at the Research Institute for Economic Development, Collegium of Economic Analysis, Warsaw School of Economics. Chairman of the Program Council of the New Europe Institute. An expert in programming and spending of EU funds with 20 years of experience. He evaluated 9 national sectoral strategies for the purpose of programming EU funds for the years 2021-2027. He was a member of working teams at ministries involved in the process of implementing European funds in 2004-2006 and preparing activities for 2007-2013. He was a member of monitoring committees of operational programs for 2004-2006 and 2007-2013. In the years 2004-2010 he was an expert of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan on European Union funds. He participated in the process of programming EU funds for the periods 2014-2020 and 2021-2027.
