Kai-Ti Wu
Community Lead at W3b Lab Berlin
Kai-Ti Wu is currently a doctoral candidate at Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and inland fishery. Her research explores how technology supports the understanding of human behaviour in nature. Since 2018, blockchain technology is what she has looked into when searching for alternative technologies for achieving sustainable development goals. She published her work at Ecological Ecosystem Service and Citizen Science conferences between 2021 and 2022, discussing using big data and blockchain technology to understand and build sustainable communities. Starting 2022 Autumn, she took on the role as community lead of W3b Lab Berlin, an uprising fast-growing global Web3 community promoting decentralized ecosystems. With the position, she actively takes action to build local bridges between research and web3 entrepreneurship projects to achieve SDGs.
